Jamestown, KY – Wolf Creek National Fish Hatchery’s 2nd Saturday Fly Fishing Clinics. Each 2nd Saturday of the month these clinics will dive deep into a different subject related to fly fishing. The public is invited to attend Saturday, January 14th for a Behind the Scenes of Hatchery Creek from 9 – 11am CST. Brad Redmon will take attendees on a journey through the process of constructing hatchery creek. He will explains the specific design features and how they help the trout throughout each part of their life cycle.
Weather permitting, there will be a tour of Hatchery Creek. Every attempt will be made to offer these clinics free of charge, occasional fees may apply. Clinics may be cancelled or rescheduled due to weather. Please try to RSVP before the event. On February 11th Wolf Creek NFH Deputy Project Leader, Sheila Kirk will conduct a clinic regarding the Ins and Outs of Wolf Creek NFH and explore the world of raising trout in Kentucky.
